MASH

MASH in CPH Terminal 2 serves full steaks before your flight

Terminal 2’s MASH sits airside after security, so this is a true sit-down option between check-in and boarding. It’s the airport outpost of the Danish steakhouse chain, with table service, proper glassware, and a full bar instead of grab-and-go counters. Figure on at least 45 minutes for a relaxed meal; tighter connections are better handled elsewhere in CPH.

Menu focus is steak and burgers, with mains typically running in the 200–400 DKK range in the city, so expect similar airport pricing or a slight premium. Portions lean restaurant-size, not “airport snack,” so it works better for a real lunch or dinner than a quick bite. If you just need something smaller, check if they’ll do a burger without sides or a single starter like carpaccio at the bar.

MASH in Terminal 2 usually opens in the morning and trades through the evening bank of departures; check the day’s hours on the airport screens or app if you’re on a late SAS or Norwegian flight. There’s table seating plus bar stools, and staff are used to passengers explaining boarding times, so say “I board in 40 minutes” when you order and they’ll signal if the kitchen can make it work.

Drinks lean heavy on wine and cocktails, matching the downtown MASH locations, and a glass of house wine typically starts around 80–100 DKK in the city. Beer and non-alcoholic options are there too, but this is one of the few places in Terminal 2 where ordering a proper red with a steak doesn’t feel out of place. Figure on a 1,000+ DKK tab for two with mains and drinks.

Tip: Sitting at the bar in MASH Terminal 2 usually speeds things up; grab a bar stool if your flight starts boarding in 30–40 minutes and stick to a burger or single steak, no starter.
