Fares start at ₱25 on the MyBus Airport Route

MyBus Airport Route runs between Mactan Cebu International Airport and SM City Cebu, with stops including Parkmall in Mandaue. The bus serves both Terminal 1 (domestic) and Terminal 2 (international), so you can board right after exiting arrivals in either terminal. It’s a basic city-style bus, not an airport coach, but it’s one of the cheapest ways to get into Cebu from CEB.

As of recent schedules, buses run roughly every 20–30 minutes during daytime hours, with a reduced frequency in late evenings. The ride from CEB to SM City Cebu typically takes 30–50 minutes depending on Mactan Bridge traffic. If you land after 22:00, expect longer gaps between buses and consider having a backup like a taxi or Grab in case you miss the last run.

Single rides usually cost around ₱25–₱50 per person, depending on distance and current fare rules. You pay on board in cash Philippine pesos, so keep at least ₱100 in small bills ready when you exit Terminal 1 or 2. There’s no separate luggage fee; you just bring your bags onto the bus and either keep them beside you or place them in the aisle area if it’s not crowded.

At the airport, look for the MyBus stop near the public transport bays outside each terminal’s arrivals area. At SM City Cebu and Parkmall, MyBus uses designated bays in the mall transport terminals, with simple signboards showing “MyBus” and approximate operating hours. Buses are usually blue-and-white and clearly branded, so they stand out from the yellow multicabs and regular jeepneys.

The MyBus Airport Route is basic but air-conditioned, with standard city bus seats and standing room for busy times. There are no seat reservations, and you board from the front door when the driver opens it at the stop. If you’re carrying a 20–23 kg checked suitcase plus a carry-on, you can still board; just avoid peak rush-hour runs around 07:00–09:00 and 17:00–19:00 when locals pack the bus.

Practical tip: Screenshot the words “MyBus Airport – SM City Cebu – Parkmall” and show it to staff outside Terminal 1 or Terminal 2; they usually point you straight to the correct bay in under 30 seconds.
