Near Gate signs for international departures in T1, you’ll see Duty Free
This Duty Free shop in Terminal 1 sits airside after immigration, right in the international departures area of Mactan Cebu (CEB). It’s the standard last‑minute stop for liquor, chocolates, and souvenir snacks before you board. You walk past it on the way to several T1 gates, so you don’t need to go out of your way.
Liquor prices run roughly USD 18–35 for common 1L bottles, with mid‑shelf whisky, vodka, and gin stacked together. Cigarettes and tobacco sit in the same central section. Stock skews toward big global brands rather than niche labels, so don’t expect rare bottles or craft spirits here.
For gifts, look at the shelves of Philippine dried mangoes and local snacks, usually around PHP 150–250 per pack, plus familiar brands like Toblerone, KitKat, and Ferrero in oversized travel boxes. If you forgot pasalubong, this is the quickest way to grab something recognizable before a long-haul flight out of CEB T1.
Cosmetics and fragrance sit toward one side of the shop, with perfume sets in the USD 40–90 range and basic skincare from a handful of major brands. Selection isn’t huge, but good enough if your checked bag with toiletries is already tagged through and you realize you’re short on liquids under the 100 ml rule.
Tip: Walk through Duty Free on your way to the gate, price the bottle or gift you want within 5 minutes, then decide; T1 isn’t big, and you can easily loop back without stressing your boarding time.
