Cables and chargers in T2 before you board
Croma in Terminal T2 sits in the departures area and basically fills the “I forgot my tech” gap. It’s a standard Indian electronics chain outlet, just trimmed down for airport use. Expect phone chargers, Type-C cables, basic power banks, headphones, and a few travel adapters on the shelves. Stock leans towards mainstream brands you’d see in a city Croma, not questionable generics.
Prices run at typical Croma MRP, so a basic power bank easily crosses ₹1,000 and branded wired earphones hover in the ₹700–₹1,200 band. You’re paying more than Amazon, but not wildly above what you’d see in a Kolkata mall. For a last-minute fix inside T2, that’s basically the trade. Card and UPI both work smoothly, which helps if you’re burning through remaining rupees.
Selection skews small-item and travel-friendly: think 1–2 meter charging cables, compact Bluetooth buds, and lightweight laptop sleeves rather than big TVs or refrigerators from a city store. If you need a very specific laptop charger model or a niche accessory, odds are low here. For mainstream Samsung, Apple, and basic USB gear, odds are decent.
One practical tip: check your gate in T2 first, then swing past Croma with 10–15 minutes in hand so you’re not stress-testing that new cable right as boarding starts.
