Gate-side burgers in T1
Right in Terminal T1’s main departures area, Jerônimo Burger is the airport spot for a quick burger and fries before boarding at Brasília (BSB). It’s post-security, so you can walk here after clearing the single checkpoint and keep an eye on the screens for your gate call.
Jerônimo works like a fast-casual line: order at the counter, grab a buzzer, and they call you when the tray is ready. Expect burgers in the R$30–R$50 range, with combos pushing closer to R$60 once you add fries and a drink. Service pace sits between “fast food” and full restaurant, usually 10–20 minutes during busy evening banks.
The menu is burger-heavy, with beef patties as the base. You’ll see the usual cheese, lettuce, tomato builds plus a few sauces with a Brazilian tilt. Fries and soft drinks round things out; pricing is higher than city locations but typical for an airport in Brasília. Portion sizes lean moderate, not huge, so order a combo if you’re using this as your main meal.
For drinks, you’re mostly looking at soda, bottled water, and sometimes beer depending on time of day and stock. Figure roughly R$8–R$15 for non-alcoholic drinks. If your flight has strict boarding times, pay attention to the buzzer and avoid custom add-ons that might slow the kitchen down.
Seating is shared with the general food court near other T1 options, so you might have to hover for a table during peak hours, especially around 18:00–21:00. Power outlets are scarce in this section of the terminal, so don’t plan on charging a laptop while you eat.
Tip: If your gate is at the far end of T1, give yourself at least 10 minutes to walk back from Jerônimo Burger so you’re not sprinting with a takeaway bag when boarding starts.
