Bombocado

T1

Near the T1 departures area, Bombocado is the on-airport branch of a classic Brasília sweets brand.

Bombocado sits in Terminal T1, post-security, so you can grab something after clearing the single main checkpoint for domestic flights. It runs typical terminal hours tied to flight banks, usually opening early morning and staying open into the late evening when GOL, LATAM, and Azul waves go out. This is a quick counter setup, not a full restaurant, so think coffee stop plus sugar hit rather than a sit-down meal.

The draw here is traditional Brazilian doces and baked snacks, with prices higher than city shops but normal for BSB: expect individual sweets in the R$6–R$12 range and small savory items in the R$12–R$25 band. You’ll see brigadeiros, quindim, and regional cakes by the slice in the chilled case, plus packaged items you can throw into a carry-on without worrying about leaks. Coffee is basic espresso and carioca-style options, usually in the R$6–R$10 range.

If you have under 20 minutes before boarding at a T1 gate, Bombocado works as a grab-and-go spot: pick up a couple of brigadeiros, a small coffee, and you’re done in five minutes. Portions run small, so this is a snack, not a substitute for a full meal at other T1 outlets like the larger fast-food counters near the central pier. For something you can share on board, the multi-piece sweet boxes make more sense than loose items in napkins.

With no serious complaints surfacing about Bombocado at BSB, the main thing to watch is timing during peak departures between about 06:00–08:30 and 17:00–20:00, when lines can back up 5–10 people deep. One practical tip: if your flight leaves from a remote bus gate at the far end of T1, stop at Bombocado before you head down to the lower-level waiting area, since there’s less choice once you’re held for boarding.
