T1 food court has Divino Fogão doing Brazilian buffet-by-weight
Divino Fogão sits in the T1 food court after security, so you can grab a proper Brazilian plate without leaving the gate area. It runs on the usual self-service “quilo” system: you build your plate, they weigh it, you pay per 100 g. Pricing is mid-range for Brasília airport, cheaper than most full-service spots but more than fast food next door.
Food is classic Brazilian comfort: rice, black beans, farofa, grilled chicken, beef, salads, and at least one pasta tray on most days. You’ll usually see a few stews in the warmers, plus fried items like coxinha or breaded chicken. Quality swings a bit by time of day, but turnover is decent during lunch peaks between 11:30 and 14:00, when trays get refreshed fastest.
Expect cafeteria vibes rather than a long sit-down meal. You grab a tray, plate your own food along the line, then pay at the cashier before finding a seat in the shared food-court tables. A basic plate with meat, rice, beans, salad and a soft drink usually lands around the mid‑R$40s, depending on how heavy you go. Portions add up quickly, so go light on the first pass if you’re price-sensitive.
Service is functional: staff keep the line moving and clear tables reasonably fast, even during busy T1 early evening departures around 18:00–21:00. There’s no table service, and drinks are either bottled or from soda fountains by the counter. Beer is sometimes available, but options tilt toward soft drinks and bottled water in the R$6–R$10 range.
Tip: hit Divino Fogão during peak mealtimes (around 13:00 for lunch or 19:30 for dinner) so trays turn over quickly, and ask staff which meat was cooked most recently before loading your plate.
