Casa Bauducco

T1 Casa Bauducco sits just past security with strong coffee

You’ll find Casa Bauducco airside in Terminal 1, a few minutes’ walk from most domestic gates, so it works for tight connections. It runs typical airport hours that track the first and last flights of the day, so early-morning departures can usually count on a pre-6:00 coffee and something baked, and late arrivals still see it open close to 22:00.

This is a bakery-café first: expect espresso-based drinks, drip coffee, and Brazilian classics like pão de queijo and slices of panettone. Prices sit in the mid-airport range: a coffee plus pastry combo lands around R$20–R$30, less than a full-service restaurant but more than landside chains in Brasília. Portions skew snack-sized, so think light meal rather than full lunch.

Sweet options lean heavily on Bauducco panettone and chocotone in various formats, from slices to individual mini loaves. If you want something savory before a GOL or LATAM flight out of T1, grab a toasted sandwich or pão de queijo order; two or three pieces work as a small breakfast. Prepacked products line the shelves, handy if you need a gift to throw into a carry-on at the last minute.

Service follows standard airport café tempo: order and pay at the counter, wait a few minutes for drinks to come out, then grab a seat. There are a limited number of tables within sight of nearby T1 gates, so during morning banks around 7:00–9:00 you may end up standing at the counter or taking your coffee to the gate.

Tip: if you’re short on time before boarding at a nearby T1 gate, skip the made-to-order sandwiches and stick with ready-to-serve pastries and bottled drinks; you’re out again in under 5 minutes.
