Food is the strong point: reviewers in 2016 called the Indian dishes “very good,” and the buffet usually leans heavily local with curries, rice, and snacks alongside a few basic Western items. All buffet dishes and non‑alcoholic drinks are complimentary, but alcoholic drinks are chargeable, so plan on paying if you want a beer with your paneer at 02:00.

The main seating zone is one large open room with rows of armchairs, so you get a seat but not much privacy. One blogger specifically noted that the chairs were comfortable but the area wasn’t broken into smaller sections, which matters if you’re trying to sleep before a 04:30 departure or take a call without 80 people in earshot.

There’s a small premium touch next to the buffet: a compact section with massage chairs that staff keep for first‑class passengers. Most people now just tether or use their own devices on airport Wi‑Fi, but if you rely on shared PCs, budget a few rupees and some patience.
