BOM Terminal 2’s “Loyalty” lounge product has a catch
At Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Terminal 2, the Adani Lounge Loyalty product tied to many Indian credit cards and Priority Pass access is often reported as closed or in flux. FlyerTalk posts from the BOM T2 lounge thread in 2023–2024 mention the “Loyalty Lounge” being shut while traffic gets pushed into the main Adani-operated spaces in T2.
The lounge is officially listed in Terminal 2, airside, and runs on a published 24-hour schedule, but travellers with Priority Pass and Indian card-based lounge access repeatedly report finding doors locked during normal late-evening departure banks around 22:00–02:00. One FlyerTalk user summed it up bluntly: the “Loyalty Lounge” their Indian credit card promised was closed, and Adani was the only option.
Access is meant to be through Priority Pass and various Indian bank loyalty programs, especially cards that advertise lounge access at BOM T2. In practice, multiple reports from the T2 lounge thread say staff redirect those passengers to other Adani lounges in the same terminal, creating long queues that can stretch beyond 15–20 minutes during peak outbound waves to Europe and the Gulf.
Since this specific Loyalty-branded space keeps going off-line, there are almost no recent, reliable reviews of food, drinks, or seating density inside. Instead, the real impact is on the rest of the T2 lounge network: closures here mean the remaining Adani lounges get hammered around banks of flights departing between 23:00 and 03:00, exactly when most international business and leisure departures leave India.
Watch out for: if your credit card or Priority Pass app lists “Adani Lounge Loyalty – T2 – Open 24 Hours,” do not assume real-time accuracy. Frequent flyers posting in the same BOM T2 lounge thread report walking over only to find shutters down and staff pointing them to another lounge, adding an extra 10–15 minutes of backtracking inside the terminal.
Practical tip: on days with tight connections under 90 minutes at BOM T2, treat the Adani Lounge Loyalty listing as a “maybe” and pick a backup in your Priority Pass app before you land, so you are not troubleshooting access at 01:00 in a crowded pier.
