T1’s Juice Bar sits airside just past security at Bergamo’s Il Caravaggio Airport, handy if you’ve cleared checks early and want something light. It’s in Terminal T1’s departures zone, so this is for ticketed passengers only, not landside greeters.
Fresh-squeezed orange juice is the standard order here, with prices roughly in the mid-single digits in euros depending on size. You’ll also see mixed fruit blends and basic smoothies built around banana, berries, or tropical fruit, more snack than full meal. Expect a short counter-service setup, not a sit-down café with tables and elaborate food.
Food options usually run to quick bites that work in hand with a drink: packaged pastries, small sandwiches, and a few healthier snacks near the till. Figure on paying a bit more than downtown Bergamo for the same pastry, as is normal airside in T1, but still below what you’d find in larger hubs like MXP or FCO. Nothing here replaces a full restaurant in the terminal; it’s a top-up stop.
Service pace tracks the departure bank: mornings from around 06:00 see a line of people grabbing juice and a croissant before early Ryanair departures, while mid-afternoon can be very quiet. Staff work fast when it’s busy, but this is still a made-to-order counter, so allow 5–10 minutes in the morning peak, especially if your gate is at the far end of T1.
Practical tip: pay contactless in euros and order one of the preset juice mixes instead of a custom combo if your flight from BGY T1 boards in under 20 minutes; preset drinks usually come out a couple of minutes faster.
