Whopper in T2 before your Air Serbia hop
This Burger King sits airside in Terminal T2, handy if you’re flying Air Serbia or another Schengen-bound carrier from the newer pier. It’s one of the few fast-food brands at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, so lines spike in the evening departure bank between about 18:00 and 21:00.
Opening hours roughly track the flight schedule, with shutters usually up from early morning departures around 05:00 through the last outbound banks after 22:00. If you have a 06:00 flight from T2, this is one of the first hot-food options to actually be serving something more substantial than a pastry and espresso.
Pricing runs higher than downtown Belgrade: expect a basic Whopper meal in the 900–1,100 RSD range and branded specials closer to 1,300–1,500 RSD. Add-ons like onion rings or a dessert run another 250–400 RSD, so a quick stop for two people can easily pass 2,000 RSD.
The core menu sticks to the usual suspects: Whopper, Chicken Royale, cheeseburgers, fries, and soft drinks, plus coffee machines that handle basic espresso and cappuccino. If you want something you can eat at the gate, grab a double cheeseburger and small fries; the larger Whopper builds are messier, especially if you’re boarding from remote bus gates used by some regional flights.
Seating is limited and shared with nearby T2 food spots, so during busy morning banks around 07:00–09:00 you might end up taking your tray back toward your exact gate. Power outlets are hit-or-miss at the tables immediately in front of Burger King, so don’t bank on charging while you eat.
Practical tip: if your connection in T2 is under 45 minutes, skip the line and grab pre-made snacks from the nearest newsstand; Burger King orders can easily take 10–15 minutes during peak departure times.
