Marhaba Plaza Premium Lounge

T1 · near 21–24 / 202–228 Open · 00:00-24:00 0k sqft 130 seats showers Day pass .3

24/7 access in T1 when the RJ Crown Lounge is packed

This Marhaba Plaza Premium Lounge sits airside in Terminal 1 on the mezzanine near gates 21–24 and 202–228, just past immigration and Duty Free. It runs 24 hours a day, so it catches the late-night European banks and those 03:00–05:00 departures that crush the main terminal.

Access is pay-in at the door in T1 plus Priority Pass and similar programs; walk-up day passes are around .3 for adults, which undercuts the time and stress cost of fighting for a seat in the RJ Crown Lounge during the midnight rush. You must already be through immigration and security to reach it.

The space is one open room with tarmac views over the 200-series bus gates (202–228). Seating splits into standard armchairs, a few dining tables, and some higher bar-style spots near the food counter. Power outlets are scattered but not at every seat, so plug in early if you need to charge a laptop before a gate call near 21–24.

Food runs on a modest buffet with hot items rotated through the day; expect basics like rice, pasta, a meat dish, and some cold salads, plus bread and small desserts. Coffee machines and soft drinks are self-serve; alcohol availability varies by time and contract, so don’t bank on a full bar at 03:00. If you care a lot about food, treat this as better-than-terminal, not a destination restaurant.

Showers are available but chargeable; LoungeReview notes you pay extra at the desk rather than getting complimentary access with entry. There are only a handful of shower rooms, so ask for a slot as soon as you walk in if you land on a long-haul and want to clean up before a regional hop.

Signage inside T1 leans heavily toward the RJ Crown Lounge; the Marhaba Plaza Premium entrance is easier to miss. After Duty Free, follow the signs toward gates 21–24 and look up to the mezzanine level for the lounge logo rather than hunting along the main concourse at eye level.

Practical tip: If you have a Priority Pass and more than 90 minutes before boarding from gates 202–228, head straight here after immigration, eat, shower if needed, then move down to the gate area 25–30 minutes before the posted boarding time.
