Convenience Store

5-minute grab-and-go stop between T2 and T3 security

Convenience Store sits airside in the main departures area at Xi'an Xianyang International Airport, serving passengers moving between T2 and T3 gates. Think quick drinks, instant noodles, basic snacks, and bottled water rather than full meals. It opens early for morning departures and typically stays open until the last evening flights finish boarding, so you can still pick up something after a late arrival into XIY.

Prices run higher than downtown Xi'an shops, but still standard for a Chinese airport; expect to pay airport markups on items like a 500 ml bottle of water or a pack of chips. You’ll also see small travel items such as tissues, basic over-the-counter remedies, and simple phone accessories. Stock skews toward Chinese brands, which fits the primarily domestic traffic flowing through T2 and T3.

Selection skews salty and shelf-stable: instant noodles for the hot water stations near some gates, packaged breads, and single-serve sweets that survive a long-haul out of XIY. Cold drinks cover the basics: bottled teas, soft drinks, and energy drinks, handy if you’re headed to a late-night departure bank from T3. Don’t come here expecting fresh sandwiches or barista coffee; this is a top-up stop, not a café.

Tip: buy water and snacks here before you walk to the far end of your T2 or T3 pier, since smaller gate clusters at Xi'an Xianyang sometimes lack any shop at all.
