Baltona ZOOM

Gate-side stop near WRO T1 departures

Just past security in Terminal T1, Baltona ZOOM sits on the main departures level and works as a quick last stop before boarding. It’s a standard airport convenience shop: snacks, drinks, basic travel gear, and a few Polish souvenirs all in one place, so you can cover gaps in your packing without leaving the gate area.

Baltona ZOOM in Wrocław leans hard on grab-and-go food and drinks, from bottled water and sodas to chocolate bars and packaged sandwiches, all priced in line with typical EU airport markups. Expect to pay more than in the city, but not wildly above what you’d see at other Polish airports like KRK or GDN. If you want something simple to carry onto a Ryanair or Wizz Air flight, it does the job.

The shop also stocks small electronics and travel basics: power banks, EU plug adapters, basic headphones, and neck pillows, handy if you arrived from Wrocław Główny by bus 106 or 129 and forgot to charge on the way. You’ll also see Wrocław and Lower Silesia souvenirs, from fridge magnets to mugs, so this works as a late rescue if you skipped the city-center shops.

Lines at Baltona ZOOM spike around the morning bank of departures between 06:00 and 08:00, especially on Mondays and Fridays. Figure on a 5–10 minute wait at those times. Best move: hit it right after security instead of waiting until your gate goes on “boarding soon” on the T1 screens.
