P1 Car Park

Short-stay

50 meters from Terminal A, P1 is Warsaw Chopin’s short‑stay lot

P1 Car Park sits directly opposite Terminal A, about a 1–2 minute walk from departures, marked as the airport’s short-stay option. It’s the spot for quick drop-offs, pick-ups, and same-day business trips where proximity matters more than shaving a few złoty off the bill.

This is a structured multi-storey car park with numbered levels, so you’re inside a garage, not an open lot. Being this close to Terminal A means you roll your bag straight across the forecourt and into check-in, with no shuttle bus and no extra transfers to think about.

Short-stay pricing here is higher than the remote lots, but you pay for the 50–100 meter walk instead of a 10–15 minute shuttle ride. P1 is best used for stays counted in hours, not days; if you’re leaving the car for a full weekend or longer, the off-site or long-stay options around WAW usually work out cheaper.

P1 is clearly signed as “P1” on airport approach roads, so set your GPS for Warsaw Chopin, follow the blue parking symbols, then peel off at the P1 lane just before Terminal A. Entry and exit use standard ticket barriers; grab the ticket on the way in and pay at the machines before you drive out.

Tip: For a fast pickup, tell arriving passengers to meet you at Terminal A departures, then pull into P1, park on the level closest to the pedestrian bridge, and walk over; it keeps you out of the terminal curb chaos and saves a loop of the access road.
