EV Charging Stations

100 zł per day gets you EV charging right by Terminal A

These EV Charging Stations sit directly next to the main terminal at Warsaw Chopin Airport, so you roll in, plug in, and walk straight to departures in a couple of minutes. Daily pricing runs at 100 zł, which is higher than basic long‑term parking but includes the ability to top up your battery while you’re away. Everything is on the terminal side of the access roads, so you’re not dealing with shuttles or off-airport transfers.

The chargers sit beside Terminal A, close enough that you can park, drop bags, and be at check‑in in roughly 5–7 minutes depending on traffic at the curb. At 100 zł per 24 hours, it starts to make sense on trips of a few days where you want to come back to a charged car rather than hit a public fast charger on the ring road. It’s standard airport surface parking, so expect marked bays and typical terminal traffic during morning peaks.

Payment ties into the airport’s regular parking system, so you pay the 100 zł daily rate at the same machines or online portal you’d use for other official WAW parking. The EV spots sit in a specific section near Terminal A, so look for signage directing you to the electric bays to avoid circling. Charging speeds and connector types can vary by post, so bring your own cable if your car uses Type 2 AC only.

Tip: Aim to arrive at least 20 minutes earlier than normal so you have time to find an open EV bay near Terminal A and plug in before heading to security.
