Gate-side smoothies in T1 before security queues build
Juice and Smoothie Bar sits in Terminal T1 at Vilnius International Airport, on the public side before security, so you can grab something even if you’re just dropping someone off. It’s a small counter setup, more stand-and-sip than sit-down, and you’ll usually spot it by the bright fruit displays near other landside cafés.
Prices run in the €4–€7 range for most smoothies and juices, with occasional seasonal mixes a euro or so higher. You’ll see the staff press oranges and other fruit to order, so nothing is poured from a carton. Figure on 5–10 minutes from order to cup when there are two or three people ahead of you.
Base options normally cover orange, carrot, apple, and mixed fruit, plus thicker yogurt or milk-based smoothies in medium and large sizes (typically 300 ml and 500 ml). If you want something lighter before a short flight, stick to straight juice; for a long-haul connection out of Vilnius, the thicker blends hold you over better than another airport croissant.
There’s usually a few pastries or small snacks in the display case, but this is a drink-first stop, not a full breakfast. If you need something more substantial, plan on pairing a smoothie here with a sandwich from another T1 spot. The upside: you avoid the syrup-heavy drinks that dominate many chain coffee bars in the terminal.
Practical tip: it’s landside in T1, so build in at least 15–20 minutes before your airline’s check-in cut-off to grab a juice here and still clear security without stress.
