Price tier is firmly $ by airport standards, so this is one of the cheaper full-meal options in VCP. It’s standard fast-food American Subway: build-your-own sandwiches, basic salads, and drinks. If you want something predictable before a domestic hop, this is the spot to hit after you clear security in T1.

The Italian BMT is the signature play here, and it comes with the usual Subway toppings and bread choices. Pair it with a soft drink or bottled water and you’re still usually under what many sit-down spots in Brazilian airports charge for a single main. Expect typical fast-food assembly and speed; a made-to-order sandwich usually lands in your hand within a few minutes unless a boarding rush hits.

Seating is limited and mostly spillover into the general gate area of Terminal 1, so plan to carry your sandwich to your gate if it looks busy. Since the shop closes at 22:00, last orders realistically happen a few minutes before that, and lines can spike around the 20:00–21:00 bank of departures.
