Furla

Opposite several Schengen gates in T1, Furla is your quick Italian leather stop

Furla sits airside in Terminal 1 (Schengen area) at Venice Marco Polo, a short walk from several B-gates. It focuses on mid-range Italian leather bags and small accessories, so think structured handbags and compact crossbodies rather than luggage. Prices generally land well under the big luxury maisons in the airport, with many small leather goods coming in under €150.

The store usually opens in the morning to catch early departures and stays open into the evening bank of flights; figure roughly 07:00–21:00, in line with most T1 fashion shops. Stock leans toward current-season collections with some classic lines, so you’ll see recognizable Furla shapes in rotating colors. If you want a quick gift, the coin purses and card holders near the entrance are the fastest grab-and-go items.

Most bags are mid-size and light enough to pass as a personal item under common airline rules, useful if you’re flying carriers like Ryanair or easyJet from VCE. Hardware and finishes read more polished than high-street brands in the same terminal, but without the four-figure price tags of Gucci or Prada further along the concourse. Staff are used to tight connections and normally sort VAT and packaging in under 10 minutes.

Tip: take 1–2 photos of price tags with the euro amounts before you board, so you can compare calmly later and decide whether that Furla you bought at VCE was a solid deal or just an airport impulse buy.
