5:00 am opening makes this one of VCE’s earliest quiet spots

This Aspire Executive Lounge in T1 opens daily at 5:00 am, so it already runs before many Venice departures start boarding. It closes at 10:30 pm, which covers the late European bank and most UK flights. It sits airside in Terminal 1, so you need to clear security first and then follow signs for airline lounges near the Schengen gates.

Access is straightforward if you carry Priority Pass, DreamFolks, Mile On Air, or High Pass. Most cardholders get a three-hour stay baked into their visit allowance, which tends to be more generous than the typical 60–90 minutes you’ll actually spend. Walk-up entry sometimes appears at around €35–€40, but that changes with crowd levels and agreements.

Food runs on the usual Aspire template: light bites, not a full restaurant. Expect a small buffet with pastries and cereal in the morning, then simple snacks and cold items later in the day; think sandwiches and packaged items rather than hot mains. Coffee machines, soft drinks, and a couple of self-serve alcohol options normally sit in one corner, with beer and wine included in lounge access instead of per-drink pricing.

Seating is mostly standard armchairs and café tables, set up for short stays rather than long laptop sessions. Power outlets are scattered along some walls rather than every seat, so bring a 1.5–2 m charging cable if you plan to work. Wi‑Fi runs off the airport system, usually fast enough for email and streaming, and staff can give you the latest network name and password if it changes.

Showers are not guaranteed here, so if you specifically need one before a long-haul flight, check at the front desk rather than assuming they exist. Restrooms sit inside the lounge area, which saves a 5–10 minute round-trip out to the public facilities during busy times. The lounge’s location in T1 makes it practical for most Schengen and non‑Schengen departures from Venice, but still plan a 10–15 minute walk to some remote gates.

Practical tip: if you have Priority Pass or similar and an early departure around 6:00–7:00 am, skip the landside cafés, clear security as soon as you can, and have your first coffee and snack here instead.
