This McDonald’s sits in the public zone of Turin Airport’s T1, before security, and runs roughly 11:00–21:00 most days (until 21:30 on Friday and Saturday). It’s the predictable stop budget flyers use to eat cheaply before heading to the more expensive airside cafés.

Hours are Mon–Thu 11:00–21:00, Fri 11:00–21:30, Sat 11:00–21:30, Sun 11:00–21:00, so it doesn’t help with very early morning departures or late-night arrivals. Prices are airport-marked: still in the $ tier, but a Big Mac meal or similar combo runs a bit higher than in central Turin, which matches what several Google reviews complain about.

The layout is standard McDonald’s with counter ordering and a seating area that includes kid-friendly tablets; one reviewer even mentioned their children cared more about the screens than the fries. Expect the usual menu: burgers, fries, McNuggets, salads, soft drinks and McFlurry-style desserts, with occasional Italian-specific items rotating in.

Lines spike at classic meal windows around 12:00–14:00 and 18:00–20:00, and multiple reviews mention slow order turnaround at those times. If you hit it at 13:00 on a Friday or Sunday, plan on 20–30 minutes from queue to tray. Outside peaks, service is closer to normal city-branch speed.

Regulars with kids often arrive a full hour before check-in, grab Happy Meals, then park at the tablet tables so children burn off some energy before security. Cost-conscious solo travelers and backpackers use it as a last cheap-ish full meal instead of paying airside prices for a sandwich and drink.

Tip: eat here before security, but aim for 30–90 minutes before your flight; that gives room for a slow queue and still leaves at least 25–30 minutes to clear T1 security and walk to your gate.
