Gate-side books and gifts in Terminal 3

Just past security in Terminal 3, Steimatzky is the main airport bookstore for last‑minute reading and souvenirs before your TLV departure. It sits in the central duty free rotunda, a short walk from most international gates in T3, so you don’t have to stray far from boarding.

Steimatzky carries paperbacks and hardcovers in Hebrew, English, and Russian, alongside kids’ books and travel guides, all under one roof in Terminal 3. Expect mainstream fiction, bestsellers, and a decent chunk of Israeli authors rather than deep back-catalogue titles. Prices track regular Israeli high-street book pricing, not duty free discounts.

Beyond books, the T3 shop stocks notebooks, pens, small board games, headphones, and some tech accessories, which helps if you realize at the gate that you forgot a power bank. You’ll also see the usual mix of magnets, keychains, and Israel-themed gifts, so it can double as a quick souvenir stop without walking to another shop in Terminal 3.

Hours follow the main international flight bank in Terminal 3, usually open from early morning departures through late-night red‑eyes, but it may go quiet in the small hours between waves. Stock can thin out on bestsellers during peak holiday periods from late March–April and September–October, so don’t bank on a specific title always being there.

Tip: If you’re tight on time at Ben Gurion Terminal 3, swing through Steimatzky right after passport control, then head straight to your gate so you’re not stuck in a boarding queue trying to choose a book.
