Lot 3 is one of Ben Gurion’s long‑term car parks
Parking Lot 3 sits on the main Ben Gurion Airport campus and shows up on the Israel Airports Authority parking map alongside the bigger long‑term areas. It’s signed simply as “3,” same style as the other numbered lots serving Terminals 1 and 3, and runs on the same barrier-ticket system you see at the rest of the airport parking.
This is a long‑term lot, so treat it as a park‑and‑fly option rather than a quick pickup spot. Rates follow the airport’s long‑term tariff published by the Israel Airports Authority, with a daily ceiling that’s cheaper than the short‑term lots directly at Terminal 3. If you’re leaving the car for more than 24 hours, Lot 3 usually works out better than sitting in the terminal-front garage.
Lot 3 feeds both Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, which are the only two terminals in use at TLV. Exact walking times aren’t published, so expect either a short shuttle ride or a walk depending on where you find a space and which terminal you’re flying from. Build 20–30 minutes into your schedule beyond the usual check‑in and security time to cover parking, paying, and getting to the correct terminal.
Payment in Lot 3 uses the standard Ben Gurion setup: pull a ticket at entry, then pay at the automatic machines or exit gate when you return. The airport authority lists support for cash and major cards, but machines in some lots at TLV lean card‑first, so don’t rely on large cash bills as your only method. Keep the printed ticket dry and flat; losing it usually triggers a maximum daily charge based on the official tariff.
Tip: Screenshot the Israel Airports Authority parking map before you drive in and drop a pin for Lot 3 on your phone map; it makes finding your car at 03:00 after landing at Terminal 3 much easier.
