1-minute walk from Terminal 1, this is TLS short-stay P1

Parking P1 sits directly opposite Terminal 1 at Toulouse-Blagnac, roughly a 1–2 minute walk from the departures doors. It’s the airport’s dedicated short-stay car park, aimed at drop-offs, pick-ups, and quick business trips rather than long holidays. If you just need to get someone to check-in or meet an arriving flight, this is the closest official option to the terminal entrance.

P1 is open 24/7, in line with Toulouse-Blagnac’s flight schedule, and is barrier-controlled with ticketed entry. Prices run higher than the long-stay lots; expect short-stay style rates that ramp up by the hour rather than the day. This setup works best for stays of a few minutes up to a day or two; beyond that, the long-term car parks around TLS usually come out cheaper.

This car park is inside the airport perimeter and fully post-access-road, so you follow signs to “P1 Courte Durée / Short Stay” after entering the terminal road system. Spaces are uncovered and standard-size, so larger SUVs fit, but anything oversize or special-height might be better off in other TLS car parks. Payment usually accepts cards and contactless at the exit machines, so you don’t need to find a pay station inside the building.

Because P1 is the closest to Terminal 1, it often fills up at peak morning bank hours, roughly 06:00–09:00. Weekday evenings around 18:00–20:00 can also feel tight when business flights land. If you’re just collecting someone, aim to arrive 10–15 minutes after their scheduled landing to avoid paying for extra idle time while they clear the baggage hall.

Tip: If you’re only saying a quick goodbye at Terminal 1, time your stop in P1 to stay under the shorter tariff bands; check the posted rate board at the entrance before you take a ticket so you know exactly how long you can pause before the next price jump.
