China Wok keeps hours that generally track with peak departures, opening by around 06:00 and staying open into the late evening bank of flights after 21:00; exact closing time shifts with demand and day of week. Seating is shared with neighboring counters, so the tables near the Main Terminal food court fill quickly before morning departures to Mexico City and Guadalajara. If you have a tight 45–60 minute window before boarding, order to-go and take the clamshell box to your gate.
