Electronic City

2

Across from several T2 boarding gates, Electronic City handles last‑minute tech needs before domestic flights at Juanda.

This branch sits airside in Terminal 2, so you clear security first and then pass it on the way to the gates for airlines using T2. It runs regular shop hours aligned with flight banks, generally from early morning departures through late evening. If your charger dies at 06:00 or you forget headphones for a 21:00 flight, this is the stop.

Stock leans to mainstream electronics: phone chargers, power banks, cables, headphones, travel adapters, and some small accessories. Expect prices to be higher than downtown Surabaya malls, sometimes by 10–30%, but in line with other Indonesian airport tech shops. You pay for not having to leave the secure area and for getting a working cable 15 minutes before boarding.

Payment is straightforward: Indonesian cards, major international credit cards like Visa and Mastercard, and cash in IDR all usually work here. Don’t count on deep promotions or bundle deals; think single items to fix a problem, not full gadget shopping. Packaging is in Bahasa Indonesia, but staff in T2 generally handle basic English for simple questions like “USB‑C?” or “iPhone cable?”

Tip: Test cables and small devices at the counter using your own phone or power bank before you walk back toward your Terminal 2 gate; you don’t want to find out a connector is loose once boarding starts.
