Totto

T1’s main corridor has a Totto store for last‑minute bags

This Totto sits airside in Terminal T1 at Simón Bolívar International, past security and along the main departures hallway. It’s a standard Totto setup: backpacks, small suitcases, duffel bags, school-style packs, and laptop sleeves with the usual bold colors and logo prints. Prices track normal Colombian mall pricing, so you’re not paying a huge airport premium, but it’s not outlet-level cheap either.

You’ll mostly see cabin-size luggage and daypacks here, good if your carry-on dies on arrival in Santa Marta. Expect mid-range polyester and nylon bags, plus some more rugged-looking models meant for heavier use. They also stock accessories like pencil cases, waist packs, and small crossbody bags that run in the lower price brackets, handy if you just need something to corral cables and passports.

Opening hours generally follow T1’s first and last departures, so roughly early morning through late evening; figure something in the 06:00–21:00 band, with busier traffic around Avianca and LATAM banks. Staff usually let you roll your current bag in and test-fit items, which helps if you’re trying to guess what fits the overhead bins on smaller regional jets.

Selection skews toward younger styles, with bright prints and big logos on many backpacks, though there are a few more muted black and navy options on one wall. If you’re picky about straps or back padding, plan 10–15 minutes to try things on; the shop footprint is small, so it takes a bit to work around other shoppers.

Tip: If you’re tight on time before boarding from a remote stand, shop at Totto first, then grab food at a gate-side café in T1 so you’re not hauling a new suitcase through a long bus queue.
