The Primeclass Business Lounge sits airside, after customs and passport control, so you need an international boarding pass in hand before you can get near anything labeled Cafe Lounge. Guides list a second product, Primeclass Business Lounge (Arrivals), also in Terminal T, but again there’s no separate cafe-style outlet using the Cafe Lounge name on public maps.

Hours are the simple part: the main Primeclass Business Lounge runs 24 hours a day, which covers every Wizz Air and other overnight departure that SKP throws at you. If you see “Cafe Lounge” on your booking or through a card benefit, assume it refers to this same always-open Primeclass space in the international terminal, not to a high-street-style café by the check-in desks.

Price data for walk-up entry at Skopje usually flows through lounge programs like Priority Pass or DragonPass; current guides group “Primeclass Business Lounge / Cafe Lounge” together and don’t list a separate menu or cash price for a distinct Cafe Lounge bar. If your card includes Primeclass, it almost certainly covers anything labeled Cafe Lounge at SKP, both in departures and in the smaller arrivals lounge setup.
