€30 gets you into Prima Vista Lounge before T2 departures

This is the only independent lounge in Terminal 2 at Thessaloniki, sitting airside after security for Schengen and non-Schengen flights. Access works with Priority Pass or a paid day pass at the desk for about €30 per person. If your flight leaves from T2, you’re in range; Terminal 1 passengers are out of luck.

Prima Vista opens in line with the main morning and evening banks of departures from SKG Terminal 2, so it’s most useful for early departures and late returns. Check your airline’s check-in time, clear security, then head up from the main departures hall to the lounge level. Walking time from the central security checkpoint to the entrance runs about 3–5 minutes.

Food is standard for a contract lounge: cold snacks, simple pastries, and a few hot items that rotate through the day. Expect light bites rather than a full meal, and plan on eating a real lunch or dinner elsewhere in SKG if you need more than sandwiches and pastries. Coffee machines and soft drinks are self-service, with basic spirits and wine included in the entry price.

Wi‑Fi in the lounge runs off the same airport network you’ll see in the main SKG Terminal 2 concourse, but having a seat and a power outlet already beats working from the public gates. Outlets line the walls and some seating clusters; bring a European plug or a compact adapter if your gear isn’t compatible with Greek sockets.

The space sits a level above the main departure area of Terminal 2, so you get partial airfield views depending on which seats you grab. Noise stays lower than the regular gate areas, but boarding calls for SKG flights still cut through. Figure on a 5–7 minute walk from the lounge back to most gates in T2, so don’t wait for the final call on your boarding pass.

If you’re on a short hop with a sub‑2‑hour layover through SKG, skip the day pass and just use Priority Pass or sit at the gate; €30 only starts to feel fair once you’ll actually be in Prima Vista Lounge for at least an hour with a drink, a snack, and a power socket.
