Carolina Herrera

T2

T2’s Carolina Herrera sits on the departures level after security

On the T2 side of Arturo Merino Benítez, Carolina Herrera gives you a full-branded boutique feel without leaving the international departures flow. You’re already past security here, so it’s an easy stop if you’re flying LATAM or another carrier using the new terminal. Expect standard downtown pricing rather than duty-free bargains, but stock is usually more consistent than in the mixed multi-brand stores nearby.

The shop skews heavily to fragrance, with classic CH scents often available in 50 ml and 100 ml bottles, plus seasonal gift sets under CLP 100,000 when promos run. You’ll also see a smaller run of leather accessories and logo-forward bags, often at European list prices. If you want a last-minute present that looks thought-through, the boxed perfume sets near the entrance are the quickest grab.

Card payment is the norm here, and foreign credit cards run fine with chip-and-PIN or tap; CLP pricing appears on the terminal even when you pay in another currency. Staff usually switch to basic English or Portuguese quickly, which helps when you’re comparing similar 100 ml flankers. Returns are tricky once you leave Chile, so double-check the exact bottle and size before you pay.

Give yourself 10–15 minutes for a spray test, walk, and final decision so you’re not rushing a big-ticket buy when boarding starts at T2’s long international gates.
