Estacionamiento Económico / Custodia Pehuén

Long stay

CLP $13.000 per day keeps your car at Estacionamiento Económico

This is SCL’s long-stay option, branded Estacionamiento Económico / Custodia Pehuén, aimed at trips of several days or more. Daily rate runs about CLP $13.000, so a full week comes out close to CLP $91.000 before any promo codes or seasonal changes. It sits off the main terminal loop, so plan this as a park-and-ride setup, not a quick drop.

The lot is roughly 1,6 kilómetros from Arturo Merino Benítez’s terminals T1 and T2, so walking is not realistic with luggage. Instead you ride the dedicated shuttle, which the airport times at about 10 minutes to the terminal doors in light traffic. That distance keeps the price lower than the terminal garages right beside T1/T2.

Shuttles run every 15 minutes, so add at least that much buffer on top of your normal check-in window. If your airline asks you to arrive 2 hours early for domestic T1 flights or 3 hours for international T2 flights, park here 20–30 minutes earlier than that. The shuttle loop serves both terminals, so check the sign or ask the driver to confirm your stop.

This is a straightforward long-stay car park, not a premium valet tier, and reviews don’t flag any consistent problems worth avoiding. You pay long-term pricing, ride the shuttle, then walk straight into the regular departure areas in T1 or T2. No extra security checkpoint beyond the usual airport screening once you’re dropped off.

Practical tip: aim to park so you catch a shuttle at least 45–60 minutes before check-in cut-off; that window covers the 10-minute ride, the 15-minute shuttle headway, and a few minutes to find your airline counter in T1 or T2.
