Puro Gusto

Gate-side in Terminal T, Puro Gusto is the Italian-themed coffee bar you see near multiple boarding areas at SAW.

Inside Terminal T after security, Puro Gusto runs from early morning through late evening, tracking the main departure bank schedule at Sabiha Gökçen. It’s a quick-service counter with some café-style seating close enough to watch boarding at nearby gates while you eat.

Espresso, cappuccino, and macchiato sit in the 70–110 TRY range, which is standard airport pricing at SAW in 2025. Filter coffee usually comes in a bit cheaper, and you’ll see larger takeaway cups stacked by the machines if you’re headed straight to boarding.

Food is mostly display-case panini, sandwiches, and sweet pastries, with typical items priced around 120–200 TRY. Expect things like mozzarella-tomato panini, simple cold sandwiches, and croissants under glass domes on the counter, plus pre-packaged snacks in a rack beside the till.

Service is counter-order, pay, then wait for your name or receipt number to be called, which usually takes under 5–8 minutes even during peak departures. Baristas run one or two espresso machines at a time depending on the line, so your timing may swing a bit around the 06:00–09:00 and 18:00–21:00 rushes.

Card payment is standard, and most international credit cards work without issue; you’ll see contactless logos at the register. Prices are posted in Turkish lira only, and tipping is not expected for a simple coffee order at the bar.

Tip: if your gate shows boarding in 20 minutes or less, grab coffee in a takeaway cup and skip heated food; the panini press cycle can eat 7–10 minutes when there are three or four tickets ahead of you.
