Plus Kitchen

Next to several T-gate coffee spots, Plus Kitchen leans healthier.

Plus Kitchen sits airside in Terminal T at Sabiha Gökçen (SAW), a short walk from most domestic gates, and it skews toward salads, grains, and lighter plates instead of burgers and fries. Expect counter service with food ready in minutes, which works on 45–60 minute connections when you still want something fresher than a pre-packed sandwich.

Prices run mid-range for SAW: think around 180–260 TRY for a salad or hot plate and 70–120 TRY for drinks, depending on current airport markup and exchange rates. Portions are decent by airport standards, so one main usually covers a full meal before a Pegasus or AnadoluJet flight out of T.

Menu boards typically list salad bowls, vegetable-heavy sides, and at least one chicken-based option, so it’s a better bet than many SAW outlets if you’re counting calories before a 3–4 hour leg. Look for ready-made grain bowls and simple pastas in the cold case; they turn over faster during peak waves around the 06:00–09:00 and 17:00–20:00 banks.

Drinks lean standard: bottled water around 20–30 TRY, soft drinks slightly higher, and basic coffee options at prices similar to the big chains scattered through T. If you need caffeine before an early Pegasus departure, grabbing coffee here while your salad is assembled saves a separate stop at another stand.

Seating is casual, with standard two- and four-top tables close to the main terminal walkway, so you’ll hear boarding calls for nearby T-gates without relying only on your phone. Turnover is quick during peak times, and staff usually clears tables fast enough that you can sit within 5–10 minutes, even when the terminal feels crowded.

Tip: If your boarding pass shows a gate at the far end of T, order takeaway and walk; it’s roughly a 6–10 minute stroll from central food outlets like Plus Kitchen to the last domestic gates.
