The restaurant follows typical hotel timing, often serving breakfast from around 07:00 and dinner into the evening past 21:00, but hours move with seasons and occupancy, so double-check at the front desk. Prices sit in standard Dutch hotel territory: think €16–€20 mains, €8–€10 burgers, and draft beer in the €4–€6 band. That’s higher than grabbing a sandwich at RTM T1 but can beat a taxi into town for a short layover.

Food runs typical brasserie: burgers, schnitzel, steak, salad, and a few vegetarian dishes, usually a pasta or a veggie burger around €15–€17.
