Typical frequency sits around every 15–30 minutes, with most hotels syncing their shuttles to long-haul arrival banks in T1 and T2. Many airport hotels post their exact timetable in the lobby and at reception; some also show the schedule in rooms on the TV info channel. Late at night after about 23:00, intervals can stretch, so ask the front desk for the last and first shuttle times.
These shuttles are almost always hotel-operated and free for guests, but a few properties near PVG sometimes charge a small fee in the 10–30 CNY range.
