Watch Station

T2

T2’s Watch Station is your dedicated watch shop airside

In Shanghai Pudong’s Terminal T2, Watch Station sits airside as a focused stop for timepieces when you’re already through security. It’s a single-brand-style boutique concept that keeps its footprint small, so you can scan the cases in 5–10 minutes and get back toward your gate without a detour across the terminal.

Selection leans toward fashion and mid-range watches rather than high-end Swiss pieces, so think everyday brands rather than tourbillons. Expect standard airport pricing with the usual duty-free positioning; you’ll see price tags in both CNY and often a reference in USD or EUR, which helps if you’re connecting on an international ticket out of T2.

The shop usually carries both men’s and women’s lines plus a few unisex models, with quartz dominating over mechanical. You’ll find basic metal bracelets, leather straps, and silicone sports styles, so it’s easy to replace a broken band or grab something presentable before a business meeting. If you care about movements, ask directly; staff can usually confirm if a piece is automatic or quartz.

Service here runs in typical PVG fashion: staff stand back until you point at a specific model, then bring it out, size it, and handle resizing on the spot. Plan on 10–15 minutes if you need links removed, slightly longer if they are dealing with multiple customers from the same bank promotion or airline coupon.

Tip: if you’re tight on time in T2, walk past first, clock how busy the counter looks, then loop back only if there are two or fewer groups waiting.
