C-Store

T1

C-Store sits airside in T1 for last‑minute basics

This C-Store in Shanghai Pudong’s Terminal T1 sits post-security on the concourse, so you can duck in after passport control instead of backtracking to landside shops. Think quick grab-and-go rather than full supermarket: packaged snacks, bottled drinks, and simple travel supplies fill a compact space sized more like a large kiosk than a grocery aisle.

Stock skews toward local Chinese brands with some international standards, so you’ll see instant noodles, chips, candy, and bottled teas alongside Coke and Sprite in familiar 500 ml bottles. Expect airport markups: drinks commonly run a few RMB higher than city prices, and multipack snacks cost closer to what you’d pay in a downtown convenience store’s tourist area than a neighborhood corner shop.

C-Store also carries basic travel items you might have forgotten: small toothpaste tubes, disposable razors, tissues, and simple phone cables typically hang near the register. Don’t bank on specialty electronics or premium cosmetics here; this is more “grab a 10 RMB pack of tissues” than “replace a 200 RMB power bank.” If you need souvenirs, you’ll find a couple of keychains or small giftable snacks, but not the deeper selection of a dedicated gift shop.

Hours in T1 generally mirror flight banks, opening early morning before the first departures and running into late evening while check-in counters upstairs stay active. If you’re on a red-eye or a very late departure out of Terminal 1, swing by C-Store before heading all the way to your gate in case some smaller stands near the end of the pier shut earlier.
