Palm Springs Market
Main Terminal post-security, Palm Springs Market sits on the airside concourse after TSA, so you can grab something without backtracking to landside. It’s the catch-all news and snacks spot for most gates in PSP’s Main Terminal, and it stays open for the early bank of flights around 5:00–6:00 a.m. most days.
You’ll find standard airport pricing here: bottled water around $4, candy and chips in the $3–$6 range, and grab-and-go sandwiches closer to $10–$14. Coffee runs in the $4–$6 band depending on size and extras. It’s airport-gouge, but still cheaper than buying on board on many airlines.
Stock leans heavy on grab-and-go: packaged salads, premade wraps, yogurt cups, and pastry-style breakfast items that work for a 30-minute wait at a Main Terminal gate. Expect the usual magazines, paperback bestsellers, and travel-sized toiletries, plus phone chargers and headphones if you left yours in an Uber.
Alcohol is mostly single-serve: minis, hard seltzers, and canned cocktails that you can’t legally open before boarding, but they’re there if you need something for the hotel room. You’ll also see local-themed souvenirs with “Palm Springs” branding, from $10 keychains to $30+ caps and T-shirts.
Lines spike when two or three Main Terminal departures cluster around the same 20-minute window, especially mid-morning. If your boarding pass shows anything under a 25-minute buffer to departure, hit Palm Springs Market first, then go to your gate so you’re not stuck in line during final call.
