Parking C Express

Short-stay express

50 metres from Terminal 1, Parking C Express is the quick-stop lot

This is Václav Havel Airport Prague’s short-stay express option, sitting roughly 50 m from T1 and about 150 m from T2 via the covered walkways. It sits in front of the main terminal complex, so you’re curbside in under 2–3 minutes on foot once you park.

Parking C Express is built for drop-offs, pick-ups, and brief meetings at PRG, not multi-day stays. Stays are charged in short time blocks, typically starting at 15–30 minutes, with rates climbing fast after the first hour. If your stop will run past 2–3 hours, the standard P1/P2 garages usually price out better for longer parking.

The lot uses barrier-ticket entry with payment machines at the exits and in the pedestrian area near the terminal doors. You collect a paper ticket at the gate, pay by card or cash (CZK and often EUR) at the machines, then use the validated ticket to exit. Keep the ticket handy; lost tickets trigger a fixed penalty fee that’s higher than normal hourly charges.

Parking C Express sits on the departures side closest to T1 check-in desks, so it’s a strong fit if you’re flying long-haul non‑Schengen with airlines using T1. For Schengen flights out of T2, count on an extra 2–4 minutes of walking time through the shared forecourt area.

There’s no height-friendly entrance for vans above standard car clearance here, so vehicles over roughly 2.1 m should look at other PRG lots. Spaces are standard-width, and the layout is simple: one entry lane, one exit lane, and rows running parallel to the terminal façade.

Practical tip: check your drop-off timing carefully; for very quick handoffs under 10–15 minutes, use the PRG “Kiss & Ride” lanes first, then move to Parking C Express only if the wait starts to stretch longer.
