Single coach stop sits just outside Terminal 1 arrivals

The Regional Coach Stop at Poznań-Ławica Airport sits about 80–120 meters in front of the Terminal 1 arrivals exit, next to the public bus bays. It serves intercity and regional coach lines heading toward cities in Wielkopolska and beyond, but exact routes and times vary by operator and season.

Most regional coaches here are tied to specific companies like FlixBus or local Polish carriers, and many require advance purchase via app or website at least 30–60 minutes before departure. You usually board directly at the signed “Autokary / Coaches” bay, with the coach stopping for only 2–5 minutes before pulling out.

Tickets typically range from about 15 to 60 PLN per person, depending on distance and operator, and drivers often accept only printed or mobile QR tickets rather than cash. If you land late from a flight arriving after 22:00, expect fewer departures and higher last-minute prices on longer routes.

There is no dedicated indoor waiting room for this stop, only the standard covered airport bus shelters with a few benches and basic timetable boards. For toilets, you need to walk back 80–100 meters into the main terminal, where the arrivals hall has restrooms and a small café that usually opens from around 05:00 to 22:00.

Each coach bay is marked with a number and destination list in Polish, so double-check the LED front sign on the coach for your city name before boarding. Luggage typically goes in the underfloor hold; allow 3–5 minutes for the driver to tag or arrange larger suitcases, especially on busy Friday afternoon services.

Some routes to Poznań Główny railway station can take 20–40 minutes by coach depending on traffic on DW307, which can back up during weekday peaks around 07:00–09:00 and 15:30–18:00. In those windows, a city bus and tram combo can rival the coach in total door-to-door time.

Final tip: build a 30–45 minute buffer between scheduled landing and any non-flexible coach departure, since passport control, bags, and the 2–3 minute walk to the Regional Coach Stop can slip if several flights arrive at once.
