Any Any

By Gate X in Terminal 1, this is your basics stop

Any Any at Porto Alegre (POA) sits airside in Terminal 1, a few minutes’ walk from most domestic gates. Think classic airport newsstand plus travel shop: drinks, snacks, magazines, and last‑minute accessories. It usually opens from early morning through late evening to match the main departure banks, so you can grab something on a 06:00 flight or a 22:00 departure.

Pricing is standard Brazilian-airport level: bottled water and soft drinks cost more than in the city but not outrageous for POA. Expect single-serve snacks and candy near the checkout, plus a small rack of travel-sized toiletries if your bag got gate-checked. Card payment in BRL is the norm, and international credit cards from Visa and Mastercard generally run without issue.

The shop focuses on grab-and-go items, not sit-down food, so treat it as a quick top-up stop between security and boarding. You’ll see typical impulse buys: headphones, charging cables, neck pillows, and simple souvenirs branded with Porto Alegre or Rio Grande do Sul. Inventory leans toward fast movers, so don’t count on niche electronics or premium gifts here.

Figure 5–10 minutes to pop into Any Any and still make a nearby boarding call in Terminal 1. Use it to pick up water and a snack before shorter domestic hops, since buy-on-board options on Brazilian carriers can run out by the time row 20 gets served.
