Gate-side Santo Cristo sits in Terminal T with local snacks

Santo Cristo runs a counter in Palma de Mallorca Airport’s Terminal T, airside after security, so you can grab something Balearic without leaving the gate area. It’s a spin-off of a long-running Palma bakery, so the focus is pastries and quick bites rather than full plates.

Expect prices in the €3–€6 range for most pastries and coffee, which tracks with standard airport markup in PMI. You’ll see classic Mallorcan items alongside basic sandwiches and drinks, so you can keep a short layover simple and avoid hunting around the terminal.

The main draw is the ensaïmada, the spiral pastry you see boxed up all over Mallorca, usually around €3–€4 for an individual piece. If you want something more filling, look for ham-and-cheese sandwiches or similar cold options in the €5–€8 band that travel decently onto the plane.

Service is counter-style, so plan for a 5–10 minute stop at busier times when multiple flights out of T board together. There’s limited stool-style seating close by, but most people just carry items back to nearby gates like those used by easyJet and other European carriers.

Drinks run standard Spanish airport options: espresso, café con leche, soft drinks, and bottled water, usually €2–€4. Alcohol is available but basic, so use this more as a coffee and pastry stop than a pre-flight bar.

Tip: if you want ensaïmadas as gifts, buy the boxed versions in town; at the airport Santo Cristo is better as a last-minute snack run 20–30 minutes before boarding from Terminal T.
