€6–€8 sandwiches are the main draw at Paul in T

Airside in Terminal T, Paul sits in the main departures shopping zone, so you pass it on the way to most Schengen gates. It’s the familiar French bakery brand: glass cases of pastries, baguette sandwiches made ahead, and a coffee counter that moves reasonably quickly outside the early-morning rush.

Food is mostly grab-and-go. Expect ham-and-cheese or chicken baguettes around €6–€8, quiches in the same price band, and boxed salads that creep up toward €10. Portions run smaller than a full meal at a sit-down spot elsewhere in PMI, but bigger than the typical snack from a newsstand fridge.

Pastries are the safest order here. Croissants, pain au chocolat, and fruit tarts usually sit under the €4 mark, with the classic butter croissant often the cheapest item in the case. If you need a sugar hit at 05:30 before a Ryanair boarding call, this is one of the few places already serving.

Coffee quality is serviceable rather than special. A standard espresso or cortado comes in under €3, and milk drinks like cappuccinos and lattes usually land between €3 and €4. Staff push combo deals that pair a pastry with a hot drink for a small discount, so check the boards before you order items separately.

Seating is limited: expect a few small tables directly in front of the counter and a spillover of people camped on nearby benches closer to the gates. If you’re within 15–20 minutes of boarding time, plan to carry your food to the gate rather than wait for a table to free up.

Tip: if your flight leaves from a far Schengen pier, grab your sandwich and coffee here in Terminal T first; you may only find vending machines or basic snack kiosks once you walk out past the main hub.
