Natoo sits landside in PMI’s T terminal check-in hall
Natoo sits before security in Terminal T, just off the main check-in area, so it works for early arrivals, meeters/greeters, and anyone not ready to commit to a gate yet. It’s part of a health-focused chain: think salads, wraps, pressed juices, and coffee instead of fried fast food. Because it’s landside, build in an extra 10–15 minutes to clear security after eating if your gate is far out on the Schengen piers.
Expect salads and grain bowls in the €9–€13 range, sandwiches around €6–€8, and cold-pressed juices or smoothies roughly €4–€6. Coffee runs close to standard Palma cafe pricing, but anything with “protein” or “detox” on the label jumps a couple of euros. Portions skew more “airport healthy cafe” than “Spanish menu del día,” so if you’re truly hungry you may want a salad plus a snack.
Menu rotation varies, but most branches, including PMI’s, lean on build-your-own salads, hummus plates, and veggie-heavy wraps. Safe bets: simple salad bases with one or two warm toppings, or a straightforward chicken wrap. Pre-made sandwiches in the cold case tend to hold up better than elaborate multi-layer creations. If you’re on a short clock, grab something from the fridge instead of waiting on custom orders during morning rush around 07:00–09:00.
Seating is limited to a small cluster of tables and counter spots directly in front of the unit, and it fills quickly when Ryanair and easyJet banks hit between 06:00 and 10:00. Noise level matches the check-in hall, so don’t expect quiet, but it’s still calmer than most gate areas once boarding calls kick in. Power outlets are hit-or-miss; assume you’ll eat, then charge at the gate.
Tip: if you want something “healthy” to take on board, buy a salad or wrap here landside, then clear security; gate-zone options in T skew more pastry-and-snack-heavy and less fresh.
