Next to Gate signs in Terminal T, Factory is the generic café-bar you see by default in PMI.

Factory sits airside in Terminal T, past security, so you can stay close to the gates while you eat. It runs through the main flight banks, roughly from early morning departures to late evening rotations, which covers most 06:00–22:00 traffic. If you’re tight on time between Schengen flights in T, Factory is usually within a 5–10 minute walk of most boarding areas.

Expect standard Spanish airport pricing: around €3 for a coffee, €4–€5 for a beer, and roughly €7–€12 for simple sandwiches or salads. Food leans toward pre-made baguettes, pastries, and basic hot dishes rather than full restaurant plates. If you want a quick espresso and a croissant before a 07:30 flight, this is built exactly for that use case.

Drinks are the safer bet here. Coffee, soft drinks, draft beer, and bottled water all land in the typical PMI range, usually under €5 per item. Food quality is hit-or-miss across Terminal T, and Factory fits that pattern: decent if you’re hungry and it’s near your gate, but nothing you’d plan a long sit-down for. Think simple ham-and-cheese baguette or a tortilla slice rather than anything you’d photograph.

Seating is mostly open-air high tables and stools in the concourse rather than a walled-off dining room. That keeps you in sight of the departure boards and gate changes, which matter at a spread-out airport like PMI T. Power outlets are limited, so don’t count on Factory as a charging stop before a 3–4 hour flight.

Tip: If your gate is more than 10–12 minutes away on the screens, grab something to go at Factory and walk toward your gate before you start eating; T can stretch farther than it looks on the map.
