Daily riders from Palma who fly often use PMI’s Motorbike Parking so they don’t have to deal with car traffic or taxis.

This is a dedicated two-wheel area at Palma de Mallorca Airport’s Terminal T, set up specifically for scooters and motorbikes. It sits within the main airport road system, so you ride straight in, park, and walk to departures. Signage on the access roads points you toward motorbike zones instead of the multistorey car parks.

Being a two-wheel-only section means bays are sized for scooters and larger motorcycles, not cars. You don’t fight for space with SUVs, and you can usually slot into a marked bay faster than drivers circling the car park levels. If you commute from Palma or nearby towns like Marratxí or Coll d’en Rabassa, it cuts out the rental car step completely.

Motorbike Parking at PMI is set up for short trips of a day or two as well as longer work rotations of a week or more. Pricing is typically lower than standard car spaces in the main airport car parks, which makes sense if you’re leaving a scooter for repeated Monday–Friday trips off-island. Always check current daily and hourly tariffs on the airport or operator site before you ride in, as rates change seasonally.

The walk from the Motorbike Parking area to Terminal T departures is only a few minutes, depending on exactly where you park in the two-wheel zone. You stay landside the whole time, entering the terminal on the departures level before security. That short walk means you can time your arrival closer to check-in closing than if you had to wait on a bus from remote parking.

Practical tip: bring a decent disc lock and, if you’re away more than 24 hours, a cover with your registration marked on it; it helps your bike stand out in a full two-wheel section when you get back to PMI.
