Tribb’s

T1 is small, and Tribb’s is basically your only option

In Perpignan-Rivesaltes Airport’s T1, Tribb’s serves as the main sit-down spot once you’re through security, so plan to eat here if you haven’t already eaten in town. Seating is limited, so at peak times around the morning departures (roughly 07:00–09:00) it can feel tight. The setup is straightforward: order at the counter, grab a table if you can, and keep an eye on boarding because gates are only a short walk away.

Food runs to standard French airport fare: sandwiches, pastries, and simple hot dishes, often around the €6–€12 mark depending on how substantial you go. Expect things like ham-and-cheese baguettes, croque-monsieur, quiches, and a daily hot plate rather than anything elaborate. Coffee, soft drinks, and basic beers are on offer, typically €2–€5. If you want something quick before a regional hop to Paris or London, a sandwich and espresso combo is the safest bet.

Service can feel slow when two or three flights bank together, especially in that 10:00–12:00 window when tourist traffic spikes, so don’t cut it close. The rating data on Tribb’s is thin and not especially kind, but there aren’t consistent horror stories either, just the usual small-airport gripes: hit-or-miss freshness and prices a notch above what you’d pay in central Perpignan. If your flight is delayed, this is still the most practical place to sit with something more substantial than a vending machine snack.

One practical tip: if you care most about coffee quality, grab your espresso or cappuccino first thing when you arrive in T1, before the queue builds, then order any food once you’ve checked your gate and boarding time on the screens. That way you’re not stuck in line at Tribb’s when your flight to, say, Orly or Stansted flips to boarding.
