Hungry Jack's

T4

T4’s Hungry Jack’s sits landside, handy if you’re early

This Hungry Jack’s is in Terminal T4 at Perth Airport, on the public (landside) side, so you can grab food before security for Qantas domestic flights. It runs typical fast-food hours, often from early morning through late evening, and gives you a predictable burger-and-fries option when other spots in T4 are shut or quiet.

Menu is the standard Hungry Jack’s lineup: Whoppers, Bacon Deluxe, fries, onion rings, nuggets, and breakfast items like muffins and hash browns. Expect airport pricing: a basic burger meal usually lands around AUD 13–16, with coffees and soft drinks sitting in the AUD 4–6 range. It’s counter service with self-order kiosks, so you can move quickly if your boarding time is under 30 minutes away.

Food quality tracks with city-store Hungry Jack’s: flame-grilled burgers, decent fries if they’re just out of the fryer, and thick shakes that actually taste better than most airport milkshakes. For something filling before a transcontinental red-eye, a Whopper or Rebel Whopper and large fries is the standard play. Breakfast can be hit-or-miss; stick to hash browns and coffee if it’s after 10:00 and they’re winding the grills over to the lunch menu.

Seating is shared with the general T4 food court area, so it can be tight during the 06:00–09:00 and 16:00–19:00 domestic banks. Power outlets near the tables are limited, and you’re better off charging at the gates near Qantas flights 400–499 after eating. Lines can spike to 10–15 minutes when multiple Qantas departures bunch up, so build that into your timing before heading for security.

Tip: if your flight from T4 boards in under 25 minutes, order to take away and eat at the gate rather than waiting for a table in the food court seating zone.
