Gate-side pharmacy basics in T: Vita keeps it simple

Vita sits airside in Terminal T at Oslo Airport, handy if you realize at gate level that you forgot skincare, basic meds, or a charging cable. It runs typical airport hours, roughly from early morning departures through the late SAS and Norwegian evening banks, so you can usually grab last‑minute essentials even on a 21:30 flight.

Think Norwegian high-street pharmacy/beauty shop, just smaller: you’ll see everyday brands of shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, and sunscreen at prices higher than city Vita stores but still less painful than some duty free impulse buys. Expect regular drugstore cosmetics and skincare, plus travel-size toiletries you can throw straight into a 1‑liter liquids bag before security in T.

Health-wise, Vita stocks over-the-counter basics like painkillers, plasters, and cold remedies, though the selection is narrower than a full apotek in Oslo city. Don’t count on complex prescriptions getting filled; this is more “I forgot my 50 SPF before a 3‑hour SAS hop to Spain” than serious pharmacy stop. You’ll also find simple travel items like wet wipes and hand sanitizer near the front counter.

There’s usually only one or two cashiers, so a short queue can feel longer during the 06:00–08:00 and 16:00–18:00 departure waves from T. If your gate is more than a 5‑minute walk away, shop here first, then grab food closer to boarding rather than doubling back.
